Honestly, I don’t know what I struggle with more:

  • the size of this giant wine glass looking contraption in the lady’s kitchen
  • the complexity of the process, which apparently requires a PC and software to make the magic happen. And here I thought you just mashed up some grapes and put it in a barrel.
  • or the distinct possibility that you’ll end up paying $30 a glass for first 500 glasses for vino that tastes like 3-day old Charles Shaw.
Perhaps this brew-your-own method is a better route?
